Dr. Miulli obtained his Bachelors of Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago.  His major was Biology with an additional focus in Criminal Justice.

Next he completed his Master of Science work, once again in Biology at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

From there Dr. Miulli heard the calling of Osteopathic Medicine that teaches the philosophy of the integration of the neural, muscular and skeletal system in all aspects of medicine.  He then  finished his Doctor of Osteopathy in 1989 at Mid-western University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Upon completion of medical school Dr. Miulli stayed in Chicago to finished a one year American Osteopathic Association (AOA) rotating internship concentrating in surgery at Chicago Osteopathic Health Systems before traveling to Pennsylvania to under the rigors of a Neurosurgical Residency.

The Neurosurgical program of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine was one the toughest and most well rounded programs.  The educational experience included training at world renown hospitals with international leaders of medicine and surgery.  These hospitals included Graduate Hospital, City Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, Medical College of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA, National Institute Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square London, and Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, PA.

This was just the educational foundation that permits additional daily knowledge to be acquired.
